When feeding bone-free raw meals, finely ground eggshell powder can be used to supply calcium.

✔️ How Much Eggshell Powder to Use

Add ½ teaspoon of finely ground eggshell powder per 1 lb (454 g) of boneless raw food.
This provides approximately 900–1,000 mg of calcium, helping maintain an appropriate calcium-to-phosphorus balance in bone-free meals.

  • Use only with bone-free meals
  • Eggshell powder must be finely ground (no sharp pieces)
  • Do not add eggshell powder to meals that already contain bone

Amazing quality food. And NO LAMB SMELL!

My dog absolutely loves the lamb! She’s typically picky, but she devours it, and I can tell she’s satisfied after meals. Other raw lamb brands we've tried tend to have a strong aroma, and we assumed this was just normal for dog food. This isn't the case with Carnevore Mountain lamb and I can only guess is it's because it's really human grade and high quality. It smells like the lamb we buy ourselves at our local butcher!

Perfect Solutions for All Our Dogs!

Yes, all of our raw dog food products are lab tested. Mechanically Separated Meat (a.k.a. MSM or otherwise known as meal) is meat that is deemed unfit for human consumption, is highly processed, and is used to produce the majority of kibble that you will find on store shelves.
