Which day will my order arrive in Toronto?

Any day Wednesday to Saturday. Every Toronto postal code is on all four routes, and you choose the day at checkout.

When is the order cutoff?

Midnight Sunday. Order by then and it arrives the following week.

How much is delivery in Toronto?

Free on orders of $95 or more, and treats count toward it. Under $95, delivery is $15. Pickup is always free.

Is your raw dog food human-grade?

Yes. We make it in an OMAFA-inspected facility approved to make food for people.

Do you deliver to condos and apartments?

Yes. Add your unit number and buzzer code at checkout, and tell your front desk a frozen delivery is coming.

How does raw food stay frozen on the way?

It travels by refrigerated truck from our freezer to your door. No courier depots. No dry ice.

Can I pick up instead?

Yes, free and with no minimum. Pick up at Di Liso's Fine Meats in St. Lawrence Market, 93 Front Street East, or at myPet Shop on Yonge, 4720 Yonge Street at Sheppard.

Do you deliver outside Toronto?

Yes. Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham and much of southern Ontario are on set delivery days. Find your delivery day.
